Registration Fees
- USD 130 (Early Bird), USD 150 (Late Bird) – List A countries
- USD 90 (Early Bird), USD 120 (Late Bird) – List B countries
Payment Methods: Bank Transfer or On Site (Cash/Credit Card). Paying on site during Early/Late Bird still uses that period’s price
- Students – USD 50 (Early Bird), USD 70 (Late Bird)
- On-Site Registration, Oct 26, 2026 – USD 170 (Cash/Credit card only)
- Online only participation – USD 15

Financial Assistance
We are pleased to announce that applications for Financial Support (Travel Awards) for APCONF6 in Bali are now open.
Due to limited funding and a high number of requests from across the region, APCONF6 will only be able to provide partial financial support. We will not be able to fully cover all costs such as return airfare, accommodation, registration fees, and visa fees. Recipients are expected to contribute towards part of their own expenses.
Priority for financial support will be given to paper and poster presenters from B-List Countries and underrepresented regions, particularly the Pacific who do not have institutional support to attend and therefore require financial assistance from APCONF, and the participants’ presentation abstracts must be strongly aligned with the themes and objectives of APCONF6.
